Terms

• Building, importing, previewing and checking a CV are free. There is no watermark and nothing is held back.
• 100 EGP buys one download. Taking the file spends it, in whichever format, and it never expires.
• You see the download before it goes. Going back to edit instead costs nothing. If you take the wrong format, message us with the code and we will put another download on it.
• You pay by bank transfer over InstaPay, and a person matches it. There is no card form and nothing is charged automatically.
• A code opens the first browser that types it. To move it to another device, message us with the code.
• Once a code has been used, the payment is not refunded.

If something goes wrong

• The transfer went through but no code came: send the reference on Telegram. A person checks it, so it can take a while.
• You paid twice: you get two codes and two downloads. Nothing is lost.
• The code says it was used on another device: it was typed somewhere else first. Message us with the code and we will move it here.
• The unlock did not go through: your code is still yours and nothing was spent. Try again in a minute.
• You cleared your browser’s site data: the count kept there went with it. Message us with the code.
